- Build server: nothing new over the holidays. GitHub's removal of their Downloads section has required a rethink.
- T3D 2.0 was launch in December 2012. This concludes the QA testing and script doc work required for this release.
- FPS Tutorial: nothing new over the holidays.
- Template Clean-up: Currently cleaning art assets between tools and core. New "tools" GUI profiles that are only used by tools will be created.
- Project Manager: Roadmap will be included as part of the T3D 3.0 roadmap.
- Shader Improvements: Camera based motion blur and underwater caustics and turbulence will be in the next release. Material based wetness shader will be investigated. Other shaders will be looked into.
- Marketing Video: Design doc on what to include is being worked on. Working with community on obtaining content.
- Recast resource: In progress. Will stop tracking this in the meeting notes as it is now just part of the possible community additions to T3D 3.0 depending on the community's participation.
- Spent time during the meeting going through all current Pull Requests on GitHub. Classified them internally as being accepted and merged in near future, requiring more information, and being closed without merge.
- Finalized the T3D 3.0 roadmap to be release this week.
