I downloaded the repository from github; then the project manager, placed them in the corret directories; then ran the project manager. Created a test then exited. Went into the MyProjects; but couldnt find the .exe to run the world to start messing around.
Not sure if I was doing that the right way.
I am downloading that file right now that you listed.

2. Open, "Project Manager.exe"
3. Click, "New project"
4. Name: "some project", template: I would go with "Full" so you have vehicles.
5. Wait for it to create a project. You'll get a popup when it's complete. Then close popup and hit "finished".
6. Now select your "some project", and click "Open folder" on the right hand side.
7. Open the "game" folder. Then run, "some project.exe".
