L3DT atlas DLL does not load

I just paid for and downloaded the L3DT Pro for GG and got the - l3dt_atlas.dll download as well. The L3DT installed but when I went through the instructions in the read me file for addidng this extension it gives me the error
- cannot find function 'zeoGetApiVersion' in plugin 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Bundysoft\L3DT Pro for Torque 11.11\Extensions\l3dt_atlas.dll'
Anyone have any advice on fixing this?
