Thanks to Tom Spilman for starting the show-off thread for T3D.
I thought the artists should have a thread to show-off whatever art they are doing for any version of Torque. Perhaps those artists can be chosen to assist with projects if they brag a little.
So if you have some recent art that shows off your current skills with any modeling package and you'd like to show it off, then this is the place.
I'm not sure if I should post this in T3D specifically since it's only a model of what I am working on for the last week and It could fit into other Torque engines.
4 days ago I was surfing the internet to find inspiration and I stumbled onto war plane. I set out to gather all the details I could and discovered that this particular plane had gone through so many variations that even the mechanics that repaired them have a tough time to give precise details for year the change was made.
The "Spitfire" was considered Britians best WW2 war plane.

Currently at 2418 poly without the flaps or antenna made. I suspect it will be less than 3k poly when done. I plan to animate the flaps, rudder, prop and wheels that retract into the wings.
I'll also make the American "F4U Corsair" when this one is completed.

Very well done plane. The poly count is impressive (Under 3K) and a good idea for starting this thread.
