Damping.zip is broken. Can somebody post the script for it?

I was looking for ways to slow down and accelerate objects and found damping behavior here tdn.garagegames.com/wiki/TGB/Behaviors/Damping
However the file can't be extracted, it says error in zip structure.

Can somebody post the behavior here?
Or some other way?

The file doesn't appear to have been uploaded correctly. It's an invalid zip file.

We didn't upload it. It was a community member who did that resource on TDN, I believe.
