Mounting PhysX cloth/making Physx cloth model

It's been discussed a couple times about:
+) Assigning the PhysX cloth (PxCloth) attributes to an object
+) Mounting said object to something (player, vehicle, etc.)
But with no results/solution.
Now I know how to mount an object to another object, but not a PhysX cloth (PxCloth) to a player/vehicle.
Ideally I'd like to have my model possess the PxCloth attributes and mount it to the player.
Searching generally online I found that deepscratch pulled this off, I think it's a PxCloth mounted to his player. I dropped him an email but I know how busy of a guy he is. If he replies back I'll post it up on here.
I also found this from Sickhead Games "showing off mesh-based PhysX cloth running in Torque3D. These cloth objects were created from a simple sphere mesh, loaded directly from a standard Torque ready Collada or DTS file.". Which seems like it'd be what I'm looking for, the video is pretty sick (but I'm a sucker for that type of stuff).
