Normals reversed on Model Import

I created a model/scene containing multiple meshes. This model appears normally in the array of scene/world editors I have on my system. With the exception of Torque3D. It appears that all the textures are reversed (upside down and reversed side to side, resulting in signs etc all mirrored) and 'holes' have appeared in various parts of some of the meshes.

I searched the forums and found a very old post which someone suggested that the normals of the meshes have been reversed, and that it can be corrected in the 'model editor' within T3D! I have searched high and low for any references to such a function, without result. The post was many versions ago, so things have probably changed.

The scene is exported from DeleD CE as a collada, and the same scene imports into a variety of other scene editors with the normals intact.
