.dts exporter download

since Blender is not a Garage Games product, my question would be is this webiste the proper place to ask a question about the link to the .dts download. I'm talking about the Blender .dts exporter found on the ARTIST page of the online doc page. I left-click on the .dts zip file there and all I get is a blank page when I try to download the file.

As for my explanation as to why I'm using TGE when I have licenses to both that and T3D, it is because i have a lot of work done in TGE, and my skills at getting things done in TGE far outshine my skills at using T3D. Underneath the hood, while there are similarities, there are so many differneces, that progress takes three times as long to do something in T3D as it does in TGE.
But thanks for the link. I've gotten it downloaded, and now I'm going to see if it works!
