Buy a 3D art pack and using it with other game engines

There usually is not anything in the license prohibiting it. You may have to rework the models somewhat to work with your engine flavor.

EDIT:
Make sure to check the EULA and requirements to make sure you have the modeling program required to modify the models.

another couple of questions... I'm interested to the Alien art pack...

Are animated the models?
Are the animations included into FBX version of the model?

The models are rigged and animated, but we have not done any specific work to make them compatible with Unity. The FBX's are base exports from Max, so they should include the biped animations.

The animated models from the zombie pack work just fine in Unity (with a little setup and/or scripting), so the alien pack should be the same.
