Problems running Constructor 1.06

The problem is:
Every time I run Torque Constructor my laptop get a "gigantic" lag and after a minute or two it says

The weird thing is, that problem is caused because you don't have the video drivers updated, BUT I already updated my video drivers (better screen resolution, aero effects, etc.)
After that:
-> Right Click -> Properties -> Compatibility -> I check the next boxes
-Run with Compatibility Mode as "Windows XP Servie Pack 3"
-Run with 256 colors
-Disable visual themes
-Run as Admin.
then I click "Apply" and "Confirm"
but the problem stills and I getting tired trying to get it work

My Laptop:
Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premiun
System Memory: 2 GB (DDR3-1066 DDR3 SDRAM)
Video Card: Intel HD Graphics (748MB)
Processor: Intel Dual Core 2.13GHz
Hard Disk: 320 GB
