GarageGames Sign In (Future Direction)

I was thinking about oauth today and I got to thinking that GG could provide an oauth service to games similar to Google, Twitter, OpenID, etc. This would allow games to use the https services of GG to authenticate into websites and games themselves. It would also drive traffic to GG for the authentication portion.

This could allow GG to get more exposure and create a really useful service to games made from Torque products. You could also place requirements in the game that it somehow show it is signing in using the Google sign in service.

Code in T3D and T2D could be in place to use this out of the box. It could even be a paid service so that GG gets some income for providing this. I would pay a sum if it was not really high. Because if it is too high I would just get an SSL certificate and put in on my own domain.
