torque 3d 1.2 tools demo

Hello all,

Just bought the upgrade and am downloading and installing it....but there is a download for the Torque 1.2, cool, but there is also a torque 3d tools demo 1.2...what is this? are there extra tools you can buy or something?

update patch is for those who want add bug fixes in their existing project based prior to t3d 1.1.
it does not have new features that was added in 1.2

so if u do not have any existing project then use Torque 1.2.

t3d is going to be open source.so why u bought it!!!!!!!!!
may be u can apply for a refund.

did not GG stop selling t3d?

Ah I see the confusion there...yes there is a 1.2 upgrade to 1.1, I'm not talking about that one...I am talking about the new 1.2 version, which I called upgrade because the button to buy it is called upgrade...

So that still leaves with with what the demo is...any suggestions anyone?

The tools demo is a non source code version for non owners to download and test the engine with, it has some limitations built into the executable as well as a nag screen or two.

ok, last question...where can i get the chinatown set...is that a demo like pacific etc...or an art pack or what?

Thanks for this, I've sent them an email regarding it...it does look to my simplistic eye like you are right, I've just bought something that is free somewhere else...I've mailed them, see what they come back with.
