Theora video Playing Problem

Hello all, I try to put a video to my Torque 3d Game. I create video with Premiere and export it to MP4 then I convert it using FFMPEG to Theora file. When I play it with VLC, it play smoothly. But when I put that video into my game on GUITheoraCtrl, it feel laggy to play. Anyone have a problem like this? I don't know what happen in there... :(
