Hello, am curious about this engine

Am thinking about buying license and some packages, but wanted to check and see what the "state" of things is with the engine. I wasn't particularly impressed back in 2010, but really am reconsidering given how wonderful and well-made the suite is.

ie. How well does the Physics system work on xbox platform? (with regards to lag tolerance)
and is it a wise investment as opposed to something such as http://www.visual3d.net/ , or rolling your own with Ogre (Axiom for the XNA & C# support)?
I get the feeling that visual3d is still quite an infant, but I wonder how it compares performance wise.
When your target is both people with new _and_ old computers, performance is key! :)

Any feedback is really appreciated.

Since you are referencing XNA, I am assuming that you are interested in Torque X. It is no longer being developed and our other engines are not XNA compatible. We do have Torque 360, but it is for fully licensed XBox developers.

No problem. Always happy to help. Visual3D's been around a while. I believe it was RealmForge before.
