Captcha doesn't accept the first time!

whenever I try to post something, the captcha never works the first time and says I wrote it in wrong REGARDLESS of the fact that I did or not. It's messing things up because then it replaces all the quotes with the &&quot& thing. I guarantee when I try to write the captcha now ti will say I was wrong. Let me try...
