how to use "Advanced Search" ?

no matter what i try it(http://www.garagegames.com/search/advanced) always show:
"You have entered an invalid search query, please simplify your search as much as possible and try again"


how actually it work?

    That search link is an old search link. We updated the search quite a while ago, and I believe the search for those pages (a third-party paid provider that IA was using) is defunct.

    You can use the basic Google filters like -resource or -blog if you want to cull blogs and resources.
