Cannot register Torsion due to internal error

Hi Garagegames I have been setting up my new work/backup station as my old laptop is only for when I am on the run. Today I tried to register my Torsion product after a install on my new desktop(second machine) and got the error message "There has been an internal server error please try again later".
Now just to make sure that I am not violating any license here:
I have Torsion installed and registered on my laptop and now I would like to install it on my desktop too. It is only me who use these two machines. Am I violating some rules here? I really thought that it would be okay to install on a second machine for backup reasons as I read in the license.
Hope you can help me out here.
Best,

GG really went down the drain in the end. What a shame. Hoped for more.

There could have been a small glitch in the registration system. Try it again and if you still have trouble, email me at paull@garagegames.com.

Having had to re-install my OS this week torsion has done the same thing to me, it said ther was an internal error but the program says its registered.
I will add that i seem to think that before it had my name in the 'about torsion' box for registration details, but fuzzy memory means i'm not sure.

@Lukas It may not be GG product, but the Torsion DRM needs to be registered with GG servers.Having had to re-install my OS this week torsion has done the same thing to me, it said ther was an internal error but the program says its registered.
