Where is the licence key kept with torsion and L3DT?

I work at a university and we got the suite for our game design program. Each student has their own user account. When the program is installed on one account and someone else logs in, the software is not activated. We need to know where the licence keys are kept for Torsion and L3DT so we can put it in our default profile or push it out some other way. Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks!

I have 15 license keys for Torsion. Users in our labs have their own account, not generic student accounts. We use SCCM for our software deployment. Once Torsion is installed, it only activates for the user who installed. If another user try to launch Torsion, they would be prompted for license key and only be able to use the trial version.
Surely someone has ran into this problem.

It might be a good idea to contact Sickhead Games directly. I had another school email me about this last week. biz@sickheadgames.com.

Just suggestions because I have no clue when it comes to those types of licensing situations.
