If I purchase Torque 3D does it include noob friendly tutorials?

I have no experience in game designing I am willing to purchase Torque 3D so I can make games for fun and as my hobby, non professional use and marketing. I know my way around in Java, AJax, and JavaScript most of all JavaScript since I did wrote a small script for animation in JavaScript, but for game designing that's a no for me and would like to take it as an option for hobbies.

However TGE was the first engine I worked with (TGE is the very old version of T3D) and due to my experience with winforms development, I found it relatively easy to catch on to it. If you aren't making serious games, T3D can feel like modding an existing game. All the features are in place, you can run, shoot, pick up things, drive vehicles. But the extra functionality is up to you.
If it isn't a commercial game, you don't have to think that much about optimization etc either so you could pretty much just write some basic games in script.
As David suggested you can download the demo and feel it for yourself.
Also I said that the documentation isn't that noob friendly, to get back on that. Making a game will never be noob friendly, it will take some time learning and understanding how it works.
And I can assure you that GG and the community is very friendly and we will help you out if you stumble into issues!
