RSS feeds getting spammed

I've subscribed to a couple of feeds on this site for a while...but have been daily spammed with "Favourite Hollywood this and that" for a few weeks now... it's quite annoying really and was hoping it would subside but it unfortunately hasn't...I'm wondering if anybody is looking into this??? If not I'll probably unsubscribe to be blunt/truthful which is a bit of a shame. Using Google Reader if that makes any difference.

I was trying to ignore it myself. Thinking an admin would ban the.... party/ies responsible. I'm starting to think I'm just being optimistic. What about the jewellery ads? That's just... why would anyone advertise television shows and jewellery on a game dev forum? The mind certainly boggles.

We've killed the ones from forum subscriptions and ban the accounts. Is it from the forum subscriptions?

Hi David. Yup, they're appearing in is the recent forum threads feed ...and mostly in the jobs section by the looks.
