Buggy becomes unmountable after first use (problem solved)

Today when I fixed some glitches with the Buggy vehicle I decided to leave the vehicle. When I wanted to drive again it didn't do nothing. I spawned a second Buggy and I had the same problem.

When ever I drive a Buggy vehicle and leave it I can't drive other Buggy's in the server until I restart the game or when I kill my player and respawn. Any idea how to fix this?
