Building a Windows Executable on a Mac

Is there some way for me to build a standalone game for Windows using Torque on a Mac? In the build menu I set the platform to Windows and built. I got all the resources and script files, but no standalone executable, so no game. Does anyone know why? I thought Torque was cross-platform, but this doesn't seem to be. Has anyone built for Windows on a Mac?

You will need a Windows machine to build for it just like Windows devs need a Mac to build the executables for it. Parallels and Visual Studio may work but I don't know for sure.
