Can't Buy GuideBot...

Hopefully someone can help me ... I am trying to part with some hard-earned cash and buy guidebot ... unfortunately I keep getting an error message:
"You must own Game Mechanics Kit and Torque 3D OR Torque 3D Professional and Game Mechanics Kit OR Game Mechanics Kit and Torque 3D 1.2 OR Game Mechanics Kit and Torque 3D 1.2 in order to purchase Guide Bot for GMK"
Now I do in fact own all of those products ... :( ... help please!

Try it again now. There was not an entry for GMK Commercial. Let me know so I can tweak the product prerequisites more if needed.

Strange. I thought I got all of the GMK commercial permutations. The only one that should matter on your account is GMK (Studio) and Torque 3D 1.2 (Studio). I did get an application error when I was doing it, so I may have missed one. I added another permutation that I think I missed.Do you have anything else in your cart?

I'll have to have the webteam take a look at your account. Since you've been with us so long and have so many different products with commercial/indie permutations, you're probably an edge case like Eric and I were when we were testing studio accounts.

We're grinding on this. They got pulled to work on some other pieces, but we can't see exactly why this edge-case is causing problems.

It was a problem between the conversion of the site in 2009, really old database problems, and the studio system. But you should now be able to add it to your cart and check out.
This bug took us deep into the bowels of old site code.
