Can I sell a copy of my game on a CD on ebay or at a local store that allows me to?

Other than that you can pretty much do whatever you want with the games you make with Torque products.

I think it would strongly depend on the license you have purchased from GG. I think the Indie license is limited to 250K and the Pro license is Unlimited.Other than that you can pretty much do whatever you want with the games you make with Torque products.

IN other words, yes I am pretty sure you can sell your game on eBay as long as you don't break the EULA.(Don't sell the source code to the engine and export the tools etc etc)

Yes, as long as you're working within the bounds of the EULA you can distribute your game via whatever channels you wish.

EBay seems like a really weird channel to sell your games as opposed to things like Steam. But as Scott noted, you are allowed to sell your game on whatever channels you need to use.
