Question about upgrade to T3D1.2

#1 I'm not seeing 1.2 on this account. Have you created your studio and assigned the product to yourself? After that you should see the link to download 1.2.

#2 I have a link for 1.2 Bugfix Patch for 1.1. Is it a package for upgrade?

#3 When GG released 1.2, they also released a patch for 1.1 with lots of the bug fixes, but without the new features. That patch is what you can see in your account.

#4 Daniel is correct. The Bugfix Patch contains only the bug fixes from 1.2. These were given to all Torque 3D license holders regardless of buying the 1.2 upgrade.

The actual 1.2 upgrade includes these bug fixes, additional code (such as turret handling, weapon states and more) as well as a lot of additional art content.

#5 Is that mean I haven't buy 1.2 Upgrade? The bug fix is just a gift from GG ? Thank you so much.

#7 qimieyan: You said in your original post that you have already paid the upgrade to T3D 1.2 and because it doesn't show you have T3D 1.2 on your public profile that tells me you haven't assigned your T3D 1.2 seat to yourself. So, I'll provide you with instructions on how to fix that:

1. Click on My Account at the top of this website. Which is under the left bottom side of the Search site text box.


2. Click on My Studio next to My Products link under My Account header.


3. Make sure your email address is listed next to "Add and Remove developers to YOUR studio." description list box. If it is not click on the Add User and enter the same email address that is registered with your GarageGames.com account. Hit OK to add your account to your studio.


4. Now click on Add User button that is next to the list box under the Torque 3D logo. Select your email address in the dropdown list and hit OK.


5. You should now have Torque 3D 1.2 access if you completed the above steps successfully. Now go back to your My Products page and should see Torque 3D 1.2 download accessible under My Assigned Studio Products header.


6. Check the check box for I agree to the Torque Master EULA and then click on the Download link right next to it. You will now be in the Torque 3D 1.2 downloads page and can start downloading Torque 3D 1.2 by clicking on Torque 3D 1.2 of which is listed at 1271 MB in size.

But I can't find " My Studio " (Point 2)on the website.

#9 Then I can only suggest using their contact page and selecting Account Help as the subject, tell them you're unable to setup your studio seats even though you paid for T3D 1.2 upgrade. Or emailing support@garagegames.com directly about the problem.

To upgrade to 1.2 (the code patch is free, not the actual upgrade), go to this link www.garagegames.com/products/torque-3d and you will see a button that says "Upgrade"

The cost of the upgrade is $49.00.

I have paid for the upgrade you said. I just get upgrade to 1.2 in "my products".I can't figure out what's going on.
And now how can I get T3D1.2? Should I pay it again?
