Problems with Resource downloads ?

Several of the resource download links are returning zero byte zip files. Tried downloading from two different machines just to check.

Someone who has/had it may have mirrored it somewhere, or even still have a local copy of the archive. It never hurts to ask. Unfortunately I don't have that one.
