Torque 3D 1.2 Upgrade

I'm confused about version 1.2. I own 1.1 Pro and my downloads for Torque 3D include the following link:
1.2 Bugfix Patch for 1.1
However, there's also a button that tells me to Upgrade to 1.2 for $49. So what is this 1.2 bugfix patch for 1.1 then? Does it not include the 1.2 version of the engine and I need to pay $49 to upgrade?
Thanks

Studio License is the new licensing model we use. One of the biggest advantages with it you can assign the license to someone (or yourself) and then revoke it and re-assign if needed.
