Need a 2d / 3d designer / 3d model for a game

We need only a 2d / 3d designer to finish the game [ Naruto mmorpg ]
there are alot of people waiting this game .
It just needs a 3d models .
but theres a problem we dont have money .[ Just do it for expirience or something ]
Requirements : Must be expirienced and well good =]
so if you can help me =[

Do you have all the legal stuff in place for that? As I, if I were an artist, wouldn't do free work if there was a chance of that work never getting on the market, especially when the work is bound to that series and might be hard to use if it fails.
Also forget about a free masters degree designer. Why going for the sky apple and might not catch anything when you could just take the apple at the top of the tree and still just end out with an apple?
Alot of designers don't have an education but are still incredible good designers, thats the thing about design it doesn't need an education it only takes creativity and experience.

Not saying it would fail because of no people playing but Naruto is copyrighted and have you got that legal issue in place? Do you have the rights from the creator to publish such game?
