Avatar upload failing

I've been trying to upload a new avatar to no avail (I still have the default). I've tried different image types (jpg, png, and even gif and bmp), different file sizes, and different browsers (Chrome, Firefox) on both my XP machine and my Mac. Even though I get the "Your avatar has been uploaded message", the avatar remains the default.
A further note: I have the same issue uploading a studio avatar.

I am a WebDev by trade, but have been involved in gaming for a long time (even had a prefab site back in the Quake days).

Thanks! Should I keep an eye out here for when/if a solution is found? I can't seem to find the place to look at existing trouble tickets.

We don't expose our issue tracker to the public. Threads that issues are reported in are updated once an issue is fixed.
