Odd graphics issue

Hi all, lately I have been having some really weird graphic issues. Basically when I maximize TGB everything goes weird, but when I restore it to the default size it comes out normal.
For some reason image tags don't work with this link.
I am using a Radeon HD6770
I have never had any issues like this before it just happened maybe 2 days ago. I done no changes to my computer either. After I saw this issue, I tried to update my drivers and nothing. I uninstalled t2d and used 1.7.6 (I was using 1.7.4) and same thing. Eventually I decided to reformat my computer and now I still get this bug, I also disabled all special themes and started using windows classic mode but no change.
If anyone has an Idea to fix this, please help.
