Looking for a team of game developers/programmers

Hello. I am looking for a team of talented and very experienced game developers/programmers to join in the development of an amazingly unique game mmo ccg concept that will revolutionize the way mmo players will view ccgs forever!
I am looking for 2 experienced programmers that are adept in the art of client and server side programming, and are excellent with the C++ language and have worked in the mmo industry.
I am also looking for a 3D modeler and website designer.
This project is huge and highly budgeted. So I am really looking for the best out there in terms of efficiency and skill.
I have very little knowledge of game programming but I have looked at a few codes and learned a bit about introductory C++ programming. But I know very very little of it. I am simply the creative director and have direct contacts to third parties that will provide extra funding and assets for the project.
To give you an idea of the game: Imagine a mash up of these great well known games with a unique action packed ccg twist to it!
Pokemon
Yugioh
Puyo Pop
Street Fighter
and Rock Paper Scissor?!

Rip people off? Look I just came here to hire programmers. And if you really ought to know, I was gonna charge $2000 (-+ $500 per person)per month. I am from CA United States. I dont have a site yet was going to hire a web designer to do so for me through this thread. My budget comes from a third party who is willing to sponsor for the entirety of the project (including wage costs server maintenence art sound etc) ANd I am not ripping people off. If you dont fit the bill please dont bother replying.

This way you might have a better chance of attracting people to your amazingly unique game.

Is it paid?
How much do you estimate your payment for the programmers? I see you are looking for very experienced game developers/programmers for your amazingly unique MMO game.
Where are you from? You have a site? Have you done any projects in the past?
What is your education background?
Or you just want to rip people off?
