ShowTool Pro Activation

Can't seem to get ShowTool Pro to activate.
Tells me the ignition server is down, contact Garage Games.
Offline activation tells me my key is invalid.

No hurry, just letting you know.

We moved the site over to newer, faster hardware yesterday. Could be ignition was affected by it. I'll make sure the web devs are on it first thing in the morning.

Any update on this? Still can't activate via in application or the website.
