MMO Environmental Art

I know that we have a few environmental art packs available in the GG store. HOWEVER, how many of them are MMO (NOT FPS) friendly? do any of them come with the source files so we can work with the files if we need to lower the poly count?
if there isnt, can someone suggest a good site?
Id really rather not try to find an environmental artist to do this ESP if there is a much simplier solution.
thanks!

To list those that one consider FPS unfriendly, badly modelled/unwrapped and horribly terturized would only result in a derailment of this thread. All i can say from my experience with indie packs, is that if you get any -make sure there are source files in the pack so you can tweak as needed.

i never have used any products of them .but my friends have used them.
3drt's packs are expensive but highly optimized.
on other side their opinion on most of the dexsoft's product is completely different.specially on texture.
i have worked with Monster Pack's contents.they works superb with t3d.
try their ancient persia pack.even with low configuration(gpu) pc fps is high.

You'd still have to generate your own content with the tool though, so it might be a waste of time for you (if you are looking for prebuilt stuff).

I don't know what your budget is like, but you could look into SpeedTree for Games. I think they have an Indie license. You'd still have to generate your own content with the tool though, so it might be a waste of time for you (if you are looking for prebuilt stuff).

I can answer that for Paul. We are self funded so we have to make sure we get the best bang for our buck. Thats a valid idea though, Im just not sure how much of a realistic possibility.

They tried to solve the problem but without success and in the end they gave me a refund...
Very sad because they were a nice product for indie.

My experience with PlantLife and TreeMagik is that I was able to run them at the era of WinXP only before Service Pack 3 ... After that the darkness...They tried to solve the problem but without success and in the end they gave me a refund...

Not to come off as all fanboish here, but Dexsoft have a lot of low-poly stuff. I think Monster Packs is also quite overhead concious.
