HELP - ASAP - IMPORT .MAP

Hello,
We just purchased Torque3D and love it!
I am creating a game with some friends and we don't have time to create and UV buildings in 3DSMax so we want to use a nice brush editor to make our buildings. We LOVE constructor as it exports the textures etc and is easy to get into the engine.
we are making our buildings in the Call of Duty radiant editor which export the brush buildings as .map.
we then import into Constructor and it looks fine, however, textures we apply to the faces/brushes are stretched out completely.
if i make a normal cube next to the building we just imported, we can apply textures to the cube fine, but not our imported building - see picture attached.

if anyone can tell us how to fix this in the editor or how to do it another way, we would be so so thankful!!
please guys :(

In 'face' selection mode, select the offending face/texture and position/scale the texture.
Select the brush and under Object -> Brush Functions, choose Reset Brush.
