I play the Blockland, how do you add more memory to a server?

Alright so I play a game called Blockland, it uses the Torque Engine. Since you guys and girls all know about the Torque engine and garage games, I was wondering if you would know how I can dedicate more memory to the server.

I created a batch file that has this

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Blockland\BlocklandLauncher.exe" -dedicated -map Bedroom

That line of code works and launches the dedicated server. I want to create another line that can let me add more memory to the server. does anyone know how?
