Looking to put a team together

Hello... I am new to the mmo creation world and I am trying to put a team together of all skill types...
The game is going to be based off of a game i previously played based off of the torque game engine called crowns of powers... google to get an idea of the direction im trying to take the game in ... I already have programs.. and I originally had a team but a lof them backed out on me at the last minute so it seems... I also have a website already to be built so the game can be advertised while under developement....
