Trouble Exporting Orc Rigged Stock Asset From MS to T3D 1.2

I made my own Orc Skeleton that I plan to use in all my character creations. I looked at the Skeleton of a Orc from my AFX 2.0 Template and followed all the joint names. I down loaded a Stock Asset from the Blender.org Repository and rigged my Skeleton to it in Milkshape. The .dae file imports all materials but no Skeleton and the DTS imports one material ( a pouch) and the skeleton.

The stock asset that I removed the skelton from to replace with my own in Milkshape was a .blend file exported to collada (.dae) imported into Milkshape

What am I doing wrong?

I included to pictures of the work flow with as much detail as I could squeeze in.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks
