registration bug

To duplicate the process..
I am on Win 7 x64.
I have Torsion installed and registered and when run from shortcut or menu it loads fine without having to register again.
Load the T3D sandbox, save a level and then from T3D menu select open mission file in Torsion. When it opens it will tell you it is not registered. (it is opening the same Torsion (EXE) file as the start menu.)
Once registered again launching from that way, it didn't ask again.
