Game collaboration page?

Hi everyone I was just wondering if there was a game collaboration page out there? I was wondering because I'm a good 3D modeler and 2D artist but things like rigging, animation, and programing are not much my thing. So I wanted to find a place where game makers can get together and swap their services? A place where I can go, "I need code and I'm willing to model or two." then you go, "i'm a coder in need of a few models let's work together!"
If a place for this does not exist would people be interested in this kind of thing?
