2D Fantasy Character Pack

Hey all, just want to know if I purchase the 2D Fantasy Character Pack will I be able to sell my product which uses it? My product isn't a game, more of a kit/tutorial which means the art pack will be available to anyone who purchases my product. Is this possible or should I just avoid the whole situation and make my own art?

I don't think you can resell the art pack.

Thanks Chip for your input.

I wouldn't be reselling the art pack by itself, it is going to be used for my project and my project will be giving all the resources to the people that buy it which includes this art pack. However if that is considered as reselling the art pack I guess I can't do it that way.

Can anyone confirm whether or not this would be considered as reselling the art pack?

That is definitely reselling the art pack. Pretty sure you can't do that if you plan to sell your kit without the consent of the artist.

Ah okay thanks, just wanted to be 100% sure before I actually purchase the Art Pack.
