Default Skeleton - Skeleton Pose that works with default animations

I was wondering if anyone had the default skeleton or Mr Box that comes with the DTS Exporter in a regular pose. Either a Jesus Christ pose or just arms to the side. I tried rotating all the various nodes in Milkshape and it doesn't keep the rotations correct; or TGE/T3D just doesn't like it. I have a lot of characters and putting them on the skeleton in "gun" pose is just an extra step I'd like to avoid.
