Can't buy the 3D Action Adventure Kit

I recently just bought Torque 3D and I wish to also buy the 3D Action Adventure Kit but whenever I try to add it to my cart I get this message:

"You must own Torque 3D Professional OR Torque 3D OR Torque Game Engine in order to purchase 3D Action Adventure Kit"

I've tried adding other things to my cart like the AI Kit and those go in just fine. Do I have to wait a few hours for something to process my purchase or is this something I need to directly mail GG about?

This is probably related to the way licenses are handled now and shown on the web and the purchasing system is not recognizing that you have 1.2. Probably best to email support if you do not get a GarageGames answer on here by the afternoon.

OK, I can add it to my cart now but when I try to apply the promo code it's telling me I already used it.

I am likewise impressed.

@ Ioszhor, how are you finding the kit? I also would like it but more for general playing... Bit of an outlay for a gratuitous purchase.

I haven't been able to use it yet since it's not supported on 1.2. The developers said on their forums that they are making a patch to get it to work on 1.2 but I'd have to use it on 1.1 in the mean time. As of now it's got massive graphical corruption on my system.

1.2 seems to be the bane of many a content pack. Let's hope it all smoothes out soon. I sure won't be upgrading from 1.2 in future, knowing what I know now. I have the feeling that my life would be a lot easier if I was using 1.1. But what's done is done, and money spent cannot be unspent. It's up to us to make the most of what we have. Good luck with the pack Ioszhor. I'm sure it'll be patched soon. Those guys are pro from what I can tell.

The developers say they have completed a patch for 1.2 now and sent it to GG so it should be available in a few days if all goes well if you are still interested in getting the pack.
