ZoneWide ShaderFog that effects both terrain AND sky

Earlier I had posted a resource on using the precipitation object to create a zonewide fog. it worked but it was received with good and bad comments. It was suggested that it be done as a shader instead. Not knowing shader programming, the precipitation object was a start and gave me (and hopefully a few others) something to work with.
Since WinterLeaf Entertainment uses AFX as a base for the MMO Development Kit that we are working on, I had a bit of free time to look into the fog issue again while we are waiting for AFX to be ported over to 1.2. Using shaders, I was able to come up with a zone wide fog. Not only is this a zone wide shader fog, it covers BOTH terrain and sky.
This time, before i post anything as a resource, Id like to get more feed back.
Plz, let me know what you think or any questions that you may have.
