Need some input

Good morning and Happy Thanksgiving
I am working on a project and I do not have iTorque 2D but I have T2D, I need the animated soldier sprite that comes with iTorque 2D as well as the Alien sprite sheet. I have someone willing to send me a copy of the assets as long as it is legal. I thinking it is since the two engines are almost identical, and T2D has not been updated in a long while.
I really don't want to purchase iTorque 2D, just for the assets, when they both have nearly the same assets besides the new ones that come with 1.5, and I do not own a apple device.
Any suggestions,, would this be ok for the invidual to send me the assets.

I have tried to use sprite works 2 to get the sprite sheets created, but there are to many frames for it to handle, and I don't know how break the animations out of the dae file.
But thanks for the input I might have to look at other options.
$149 is pretty hefty right now for me just to use the assets.

I wish I would have caught it before the price went up, because all I want to use is the assets, or at least I wish GG would update T2D to use the same assets, because those sprite sheets have really caught my attention.I have tried to use sprite works 2 to get the sprite sheets created, but there are to many frames for it to handle, and I don't know how break the animations out of the dae file.

its $99 + $29 for the 1.5 upgrade + $20 for the studio license (required to do the 1.5 upgrade)
so if you bought it before you would now pay $49

the price is still the same as before (ok $1 thats really unimportant)its $99 + $29 for the 1.5 upgrade + $20 for the studio license (required to do the 1.5 upgrade)

No no, I never bought it I have Torque 2D not iTorque 2D, so when I look in my products I bought it shows $149, I don't think there is a discount price because it is to different product lines, unless I am missing something.
Are you saying that if I have T2D (Torque 2D Pro) I can get iTorque 2D for $49. This is kinda confusing, but if I can get it for $49 dollars I will buy it today for sure.
