Can't download update

Hi guys,
I recently bought the new update torque 3d 1.2. I was able to pay $69 because I have bought the previous version. Now I sent an email about my problem and I haven't been replied to yet, understandably it hasn't been replied to as it has been only a day, but I'm a little eager to try the new update. I checked the products page and it isn't there and I've checked if the transaction went through and it has so could someone just assure me it's just a glitch that will be fixed soon.
