Probem loading projects from Toolbox on mac :(

Hey i got iCore 7 mac running lion i think. Downloaded Torque 3D SDK 1.0.1 When I click the app file it loads up the toolbox but when I click the buttons like world edito, gui, play game etc...
It goes to LAUCHING PROJECT then that little window dissapears but the big window does not come up to load what I have clicked.
Any ideas?

Running the folder from my desktop, have copied it into app folder but still comes up the same.
