1.2 tool demo uninstall hung, required reboot

- I just attempted to uninstall the 1.2 tools demo that I was able to grab a few hours ago..

Windows7x64, the uninstall process was left hanging;
I was unable to uninstall anything else as the system told me T3D was still uninstalling. 10 minutes later..
I couldn't remove T3D1.2 from the Control panel's "installed-programs-list" because the computer was thinking that the uninstall was not complete.

- I rebooted. Now the program is removed from the installed-program-list,.. which is a good thing. ;)
At this time the lua5.1.dll and the uninstall.exe reside in the install directory.
I also had T3D 1.2 toolbox reg keys left behind..not a big whoop really...but that uninstall hang wasn't so fun :P

i had that happen a few times during testing randomly, never able to get it to consistently do it. but if you let it sit for a minute it will continue uninstalling and in a second late it will say its finished

Out of curiosity, is that in 64 bit Windows only? Or both flavors?

it seems to be on everything, i was on Vista 32-bit, masaki was on XP 32-bit, and now TheGasMan with 7 64-bit

Sounds like the Toolbox was still running at the time. The uninstaller registers itself with the system for removal after a reboot.

I'm not sure which context in which to take your post..so let me say; nope, it was not running.
..and if that is rhetorical, then obviously ignore it.
