#3 Exactly the same here, credit card instead of PayPal. Transaction recorded by my bank, no downloads available (ToT)

#4 It was fixed manually by Chris, since i'm in IRC annoying people between bouts of skyrim.

Seems like a good place to keep this stuff anyway until its fixed properly :)

#6 Sorry, i just upgraded another of my products (t3d Binary studio), because its been causing problems for a long time now, and its done the same thing, which in hindsight... makes sense, sorry again lol

Back to My Account-> My Products, there's no active link for Torque 3D (you know, the link to the product page, missing) and no changes in the downloadabla product list.

You're fast, mates... This one is being trickier though.

#10 the first hour that 1.2 was out;
I was trying to buy through paypal and I kept getting an error at Paypal that stopped the transaction.
I was unable to discern whether it was GG or Paypal based.

#12 Just encountered this problem as well. I received the confirmation email but no 1.2 in my product list.

#13 Same here. Transferred (upgraded) 3 studio seats. 3 email confirms. No T3D 1.2 (or 1.1 for that matter) on my product page.

#15 For those of you who are still experiencing this issue could you please email us at support@garagegames.com. Please be sure to include your PayPal transaction number and account email if different.

#16 Christopher, I sent an email a while ago and I still do not have 1.2 in my products. What is the ETA on resolving this issue?

#17 Having the same issue here as well. I sent an email to support last night with my purchase info. Currently awaiting a response/fix for the d/l link.
