Differents between Full Template and AAK

What are the differences between the stock T3d full template and AAK? What features were taken out etc?

With AAK, do you mena the Ubiq Action Adventure Kit? If so, the kit is based on the empty template. So the difference in features is basically the difference between the full and empty template, plus the added functionality by the 3D AAK.
