T3D Studio EULA link does not work - LOGGED (GGC-1042)

When I go to download T3D Studio, I have to agree to "Torque Master ELUA". I click on the link to view the ELUA, it brings me back to my products page. No ELUA shows up. I have to agree to it or I can't download the file. I am agreeing to something I can't read. Please fix. Thanks.
